ORDER INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEAVAGE CAMO
At Lifeart, we’ve designed our ordering process to be as simple as possible for you, our customer. So don’t be intimidated by what looks like a long list of instructions. We’ve simply spelled this out each step of the way as a handy reference guide.

Before completing the order form page, please take a moment to scroll down the page to look at the choices you will need to make. Have you confirmed your size on our size chart? What color would you like? What fabric would you like? Once you have made those decisions, let’s begin the order process.
Proceed to the Order Page of your choice. You will see three separate sections to make your choice i.e. Color, Fabric and Size

MAKING YOUR SELECTION
Section One – Choose Your Colour
Click on the arrow to the right of the drop down box
The color choices will appear in the drop down menu, scroll over the color you would like and click on it.
This action will record you color choice.
Section Two – Choose Your Fabric
Click on the arrow to the right of the drop down box
The Fabric choices will appear in the drop down menu, scroll over the fabric you would like and click on it.
This action will record you fabric choice.
Section Three – Choose Your Size
Click on the arrow to the right of the drop down box
The Size choices will appear in the drop down menu, scroll over the size you would like and click on it.
This action will record you size choice.
Section Four – Proceed to Order
To proceed to Order, please click on the Order icon

COMPLETING AND PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
Lifeart Inc. works in partnership with PayPal to provide you with a safe and secure means of payment. If you don’t have a Paypal account, don’t worry - PayPal will also allow you to pay using Visa or Mastercard to complete your order.
Canadian Shipping and Handling Charges
At Lifeart, we have worked hard to keep our shipping and handling costs to a minimum at $3.00 CDN per order. This amount is automatically calculated into each order through Paypal
GST and Provincial Taxes
All Canadian orders are subject to GST, and applicable provincial sales taxes. Taxes are added through the PayPal payment screen based on your province of origin.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
When you click on the 
icon you will automatically be sent to a PayPal screen which provides you with the details of your order.

Changing Your Order
If you would like to change your Order at this time:
Click on the box under the Remove section
It should now look like this

Click on Update cart and your Order will be deleted. You should now see a screen like this

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
If you are satisfied with the description of your Order, please 
to proceed to the payment screen.
You will now see a Payment Screen that looks like this
USING YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT
To proceed with payment, please either log in to your PayPal account and proceed as you would with any other order.
USING A MAJOR CREDIT CARD
If you don’t have a Paypal account, click on Continue and enter the CREDIT CARD billing information required.
When you are done, click on Review Order and Continue.

You should now see a screen that looks like this:
If you agree with the content of your Order, please click on Pay Now.
You may also cancel your order at this time and return to Lifeart Prosthetics website.
ORDER COMPLETED
You should now see a screen that looks like this and you can return to the Lifeart Prosthetics website. N.B. You do not have to complete the username or password to create a PayPal account at this time. Your order has been sent to us.
